Our team conducted a comprehensive asset-tracing investigation of a corporate group in the construction sector. As part of asset tracing exercise, the operational framework of interconnected companies was mapped, enabling the reconstruction of their business perimeter and the identification of key profit accumulation centers and cash generating units. The investigation uncovered held assets – including production facilities and quarries – across jurisdictions in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.

Further scrutiny was applied to the asset holdings of senior executives within the corporate group, who held decision-making authority. The analysis revealed a material link between a network of individuals and a prominent IT corporation implicated in facilitating fund diversion schemes through offshore vehicles. Additionally, personal assets – such as hospitality holdings and residential properties – were traced to high-value real estate markets in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The investigation also identified the individuals' cryptocurrency holdings and analyzed the transaction chains that led to their accumulation.
