Sharing our Asset Tracing Insights at the RAA Annual Conference
Katerina Dyudina, Head of Asset Tracing & Intelligence practice at Fidem Research Group, participated in a key panel discussion at the Annual Conference of the Russian Arbitration Association focused on the current challenges in asset tracing practice.
Our insights on how asset tracing practice has changed:
◾ Shifting focus to the Middle East and Asia;
◾ Comprehensive analysis of multinational corporations with complex ownership structures;
◾ Renewed emphasis on tangible assets;
◾ Asset tracing is increasingly conducted at the pre-litigation stage for strategic planning;
◾ And professional toolbox for these tasks is becoming more diverse and complex.
We thank RAA for the excellent program, for providing a platform for meaningful dialogues and opportunity to share our expertise!
