Investigation of fraudulent activities at Russian agrochemical subsidiary

Our team conducted an investigation into allegations of fraudulent activities at the subsidiary of an international agrochemical company. The work included complex electronic data analysis and analysis of documentation. The work also required close liaising with the company's Internal Audit office. The results of the work were reported to the headquarters and used for subsequent operational decisions.
