Investigation into asset misappropriation at telecom subsidiaries in Indonesia and Algeria

Our team led an investigation of operations (Indonesia, Algeria) at the subsidiaries of an international telecommunication company based in Qatar, in connection with the potential misappropriation of assets. The work included complex e-data analysis, analysis of documentation and interviews with employees. The work also required liaising with internal audit, senior management and HQ. The results of the work were used for subsequent operational decisions by management at the company's headquarters.
